A proposito del progetto

Located within the Reggiane Parco Innovazione complex, a former industrial area once used for the production of rolling stock and aeronautical equipment and now undergoing prestigious urban redevelopment, the fifth restaurant of the Pirru brand, a leader in the Reggio Emilia gastronomic sector, has chosen our company to design the kitchen extraction system of their new restaurant.

Again, our design was realised to the highest quality standards by incorporating our Maestro vacuum ceiling to make all work areas practical and functional.

Design, supply and installation of Maestro series stainless steel suction ceiling system with LED lighting for the professional kitchen of the new Pirru Reggiane restaurant

The Maestro ventilated ceiling, which, as an integrated suction and ventilation system, allows great flexibility in the diversified distribution of air flow rates and an increase in the amount of air sucked in at the points of greatest production of fumes and vapours.
